Performance Center

We are the only performance centre in the south east region of Ireland.

Our goal is give or participants real time date feedback on where they are fitness and performance wise. We will then use the feedback from both the sports science equipment and the participants own goals to formulate a plan to help them improve in all boundaries.

You will be tested in our facilities that boasts an indoor astro strip, weightlifting equipment along with everything needed to help you exceed your goals!

We are proud to have top Olympic athletes, high end inter-county GAA players, professional’s footballers and professional golfers travel to our facility for treatment and Training purposes.

All the sessions are directed by David who regularly travels around Ireland and abroad to implement the safest and most effective way to improve sports performance for international athletes.
