Strength and Conditioning is the physical and physiological development of athletes for elite sport performance. It also helps athletes with injury prevention and proper mechanics within their sports performances.
Our Strength & Conditioning specialist David has experience working in professional rugby, Inter-county Camogie and recently with some of the top athletes at the 2017 London World Athletic Championships.
The clinic prides itself on using both physiotherapy and Strength & Conditioning approaches to help you not only overcome injury but to avoid injury in the future.

Depending on your chosen sport and your personal biomechanics, you will be prone to certain areas of muscle tightness. Before your event, sports massage is important to maximise your performance at the same time as minimising your chance of injury.
Our physios are all trained in sports massage and have experience working at the highest levels of professional sport. So whether it be to prepare for a sporting event such as a Marathon or Matches or to treat those tight muscles after the event our sports massage service can assist.
