Recovery sessions ensure you can push your body to higher levels, all the while reducing injury risk significantly.
You will enjoy a 45 minute session that will include;
A quick postural and strength assessment, massage.
This is followed by some stretching and flexibility exercises led by findings or weak areas.
You finish up with a recovery phase using our state of the art Normatec Recovery Boots.
We also offer just the boots for a recovery session based on your needs.
